Class is a hybrid system that combines elements of various styles of wrestling, jiu-jitsu and judo into a complete form of grappling. The class is intended to teach practical grappling for self-defense, and will cover takedowns, pins, clinches, reversals, escapes & submission holds in a safe & fun way.
