Reciprocity Guidelines are as follows:

Member/s must be in good standing with
current fitness club/organization.

Member/s must present membership card and
photo ID upon visit, or, for clubs that do
not provide membership cards, a Manager’s or
Club business card with signed authorization
and date on back of card along with photo
ID.

Member/s must abide by ALL policies, rules
and regulations of visiting club.
-
Member/s must sign at time of visit any
form/s pertaining to release of liability,
emergency contact information, guest parking
permit, etc., as required by visiting club.

Complimentary passes will be limited to
members only.
Guests of members must pay applicable
guest fees.
Each club manager agrees to inform the other
clubs as soon as possible of any changes in
address, phone number, etc.
In addition, any club wishing to withdraw
from this reciprocal agreement may do so with
written notice to all other participating clubs.
This reciprocal agreement is effective April 7,
2010.
